Diodes’ Oldham wafer fabrication facility (OFAB) is located in Greater Manchester (UK). This site has 150mm fabrication operations with over 200 manufacturing employees on site, including a technical team engaged in technology and process development. It shares the site with European and corporate operations.
The 150mm wafer fabrication lines are capable of running advanced discrete BJT, MOSFET, TVS, SBR, and analog IC production processes to produce a variety of highly efficient semiconductor products. OFAB is a five-time winner of the NMI Manufacturing Site of The Year award-2007, 2009, 2011, 2016, and 2019
The company's broad portfolio of products is locked in high-growth and high-value market applications such as consumer, computer, communications, industrial, and automotive electronics. The facility is successfully certified to IATF 16949/2016, ISO 14001/2015, and ISO 45001/2019 Quality standards.
