Diodes’ Greenock wafer fabrication facility (GFAB) is located in Scotland (UK). This site has both 150mm and 200mm fabrication operations with over 300 employees on site, including a technical team engaged in technology and process transfers.
The 150mm and 200mm wafer fabrication lines are capable of running advanced analog, CMOS, BiCMOS, and discrete production processes to produce a variety of highly efficient semiconductor products.
The company's broad portfolio of products is locked in high-growth and high-value market applications such as consumer, computer, communications, industrial, and automotive electronics. The facility is successfully certified to ISO9001/2015, IATF 16949/2016, ISO14001/2015, and ISO45001/2018 Quality and EHS standards, and is member of the of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
